ylaro Terms and Conditions

To register and use ylaro, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each member is permitted to hold only one active account; duplicate accounts are not allowed and may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ylaro immediately through the available support channels. ylaro reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its account management process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age requirement will be closed and any associated balances handled in accordance withapplicable Philippine regulations.

ylaro is an entertainment platform intended for personal, non-commercial use by registered members in the Philippines. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, or any automated means; colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage; using the platform to launder funds or engage in any fraudulent financial activity; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim benefits more than once. ylaro monitors platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these conduct standards. Members who engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other users or platform staff will have their accounts terminated immediately. All decisions made by ylaro regarding conduct violations are final and binding.

All deposits on ylaro are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) using the supported local payment methods listed on the Deposit page. Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and that the funds deposited originate from a legitimate source in their own name. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ylaro does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. Account balances are held for the exclusive use of the registered member and may not be transferred to another account. ylaro is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Any technical errors resulting in incorrect credits to your account must be reported immediately; ylaro reserves the right to correct such errors and recover any amounts incorrectly credited.

The ylaro VIP loyalty programme is available to all registered members and operates on a tiered points system as described on the VIP page. Points are awarded based on qualifying activity on the platform and accumulate toward tier progression and associated benefits. ylaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme or any of its tiers and benefits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected members where practicable. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the programme's defined redemption mechanisms. Abuse of the VIP programme — including but not limited to artificially inflating activity to accumulate points — will result in point forfeiture and potential account suspension. Tier status and point balances are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted if qualifying activity does not meet the thresholds required for a given tier. All VIP programme terms are subject to these overarching Terms and Conditions.

All content on the ylaro platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, page layouts, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of ylaro or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from ylaro. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by members to ylaro may be used by the platform without obligation or compensation to the submitting member. The ylaro name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.

ylaro provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ylaro's reasonable control, including network outages and force majeure events. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ylaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. ylaro does not warrant that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components, and members are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ylaro's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Members participate in all games and activities on the platform at their own risk and are encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page for guidance on managing their activity safely.

ylaro reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified through a notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with their account, and the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ylaro support.
